On their social media, Anime Festival Asia (AFA) has announced that YOASOBI Will do a Solo Concert in Indonesia. The concert is scheduled for 16 January 2024 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta.
In addition to the Indonesian concert, YOASOBI will also hold concerts in Singapore and Malaysia. The Singapore concert will be held on 11 January 2024 at Resorts World Sentosa, while the Malaysia concert will be held on 14 January 2024 at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.
YOASOBI is a musical duo consisting of Ayase, an experienced Vocaloid producer, and Ikura, who serves as the lyricist and vocalist. The group was formed in 2019 and gained popularity with the release of their song Racing into the Night (Yoru ni Kakeru). YOASOBI has provided songs for various anime series, including Beastars, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, Oshi no Ko, and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End.
Before this solo concert, YOASOBI has performed in Indonesia at the High In The Clouds Music & Arts Festival Jakarta, alongside various artists from the 88Rising label like Atarashii Gakko!, Rich Brian, JOJI, and NIKI. The concert was held in September 2022.
