On Sunday (3/8), Pixiv has officially launched dedicated Facebook pages for users in three Southeast Asian countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. These Facebook pages aim to provide updates and curated content tailored to each country’s creative communities.

First launched in 2007 by Takahiro Kamitani and Takanori Katagiri, Pixiv is a popular Japanese online community for illustrators and artists. The platform has evolved into one of the largest online art communities globally, with over 100 million registered members as of January 2024. Currently, the platform is headquartered in Sendagaya, Shibuya, Tokyo.
