Bandung-based video game studios Funix ID (formerly known as Animesme) and Sangnilla have released their latest project, HR Simulator, now available in Early Access on Steam for PC. The game launched on 19 April 2025, offering players a unique blend of management strategy and work-life simulation.
HR Simulator places players in the role of a human resources professional navigating the intricate dynamics of workplace life. From hiring and training a diverse team to managing interpersonal conflicts and career growth, every decision impacts both the office environment and the player’s personal development.
Beyond the walls of the company, players must also balance the pressures of work with the challenges and pleasures of everyday life. The game encourages players to climb the corporate ladder while exploring the human side of ambition, burnout, and self-fulfilment.
Currently in Early Access, HR Simulator will continue to receive updates and improvements as development progresses. The full release date has not been announced yet.
