Synopsis
Shinryou Academy is a peaceful academy where the students can enjoy their youth in peace and harmony. But a big secret lies behind the peace and harmony in Shinryou Academy, which is known only to the girl Riku Rei, the honor student in the academy. She knows that Suigin, her close friend secretly fights in the other side of the world to protect the peace of Shinryou Academy from dangerous threat.
Comments
The first episode presents some hot-blooded action scene. The combination between 2D and 3D animation cuts makes Suigin’s fight scene with the undead looks more dynamic. Aside from the action part, the first episode of this anime also build up some touching drama between Suigin and Riku Rei. There are also some comedic contents here, especially with the presence of many comical facial expressions. The opening and ending theme songs are also catchy. It seems to have promising potential from the first episode. Gin no Guardian is a Japanese-Chinese co-produced anime suitable for viewers who like action anime with some drama.
