On 5 June 2024, the Twitter account of Elex Media’s comic editor posted a list of the publisher’s ten best-selling comic books in May 2024. Detektif Conan volume 104 takes first place, followed by Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba volume 18 and Sakamoto Days volume 9 in second and third place respectively.

Written and illustrated by Gosho Aoyama, Detektif Conan has been serialized in Shogakukan‘s Weekly Shounen Sunday Magazine since 1994. The story follows a high school detective named Shinichi Kudo whose body has been shrunk by a poison created by a mysterious organization. While the organization assumes he has been killed, Shinichi disguises himself as a kid named Conan Edogawa, solving criminal cases while investigating the mysteries behind that organization.
Elex Media Komputindo is a comics publisher under the Kompas-Gramedia Group. The publisher releases licensed foreign comics, including manga and Indonesian comics. Since 2005, Elex Media also published comics intended for adult audiences under the new imprint called Level Comics.
