On Wednesday (11/9), Muse Indonesia through their official X (formerly Twitter) account, announced that they will postpone the fan screening of one of the most awaited anime, DanDaDan.

Originally, it would be screened at CGV Grand Indonesia on 14 September 2024 at 1500 Western Indonesian Times (WIT) GMT +7. However, the postponed date is still uncertain, with more details will be available soon; therefore, they appreciate its understanding regarding the announcement.

Dandadan is an upcoming anime that will be premiered in October 2024 and produced by Science Saru, it is based on a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yukinobu Tatsu. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ app and website since April 2021, with its chapters collected in 15 tankōbon volumes as of July 2024.

This story tells Momo who was born into a family of psychics and her classmate who is an occult maniac, Okarun. The two started talking after Momo helped Okarun who was a bullied child. However, a disagreement breaks out between them. To make each other believe in aliens and ghosts, Momo goes to the hospital’s ruins where the UFO appeared and Okarun goes to the haunted tunnel. There, the two encounter extraordinary strangeness that goes beyond common sense. Momo who awakens her hidden power in a critical situation and Okarun who gets the power of a curse, advance to face the approaching strangeness!
