On Wednesday (11/6), Indonesian video game studio Pendopo Studio released a new demo for their latest project The Fractured Shimmer on Steam. The demo was released as a part of Steam’s Southeast Asian Games Showcase.
Previously known as Project Mansion, The Fractured Shimmer is a mystery thriller game that follows Eddy, a journalist drawn into a series of unsettling murder cases. The victims are hikers who are found mutilated and mutated into grotesque abominations, and all the bodies are discovered near a mysterious mansion.
The game demo was previously available for a limited time from 24 October 2024 to 5 November 2025. As of this writing, Pendopo Studio has not yet announced an official release date for the game.

Pendopo Studio is an indie game studio founded in 2019 and based in Sleman, Yogyakarta. They are the developer of Rendezvous, a 2.5D cyber-noir pixel art action-puzzle adventure game themed around futuristic Surabaya city, and Cosmobot, A space-themed platformer game.
