To promote the release of their latest multiplayer horror video game Whisper Mountain Outbreak, Toge Productions is currently collaborating with various video content creators in a special online event called Whisper Mountain Outbreak Streamer Week. The event is being held from 8 to 20 August 2025.

The streamers who featured in this event include US-based streamer Chris1ne, various talents from Project:LIVIUM, various talents from Prism:NOVA, and a Southeast Asia-based streamer group The Cham Drinkers.

Officially released on 11 August 2025 as an early access game, Whisper Mountain Outbreak takes the player into a remote, mist-shrouded mountainous area called Mt. Bisik. In the game, the player will play as an agent from a secret government bureau assigned to investigate and eliminate paranormal threats. In this game, players must escape by exploring abandoned buildings, fighting monsters, scavenging resources, and solving puzzles.

Players can choose from three random classes out of six available specialisations, each offering unique skills that influence gameplay. Players will need to work together to survive. Whether by sticking together or splitting up, teams must balance resource management, puzzle-solving, and combat to survive the ever-growing horrors of the mountain.

  • 2.5D retro graphics with a claustrophobic, dark, and creepy atmosphere
    A lingering fog, tight rooms, limited visibility, and eerie whispers are presented in 2D pixel characters with 3D low-poly environments. Offering both nostalgic and freshly terrifying experiences.
  • Choose your specialisation
    At the start of each run, choose from three random classes (out of six total). Each class has unique perks and skills, allowing for different playstyles and strategies.

Prior to the game’s release, the developer also announced the Friend’s Pass feature for the game. With Friend’s Pass, players who do not own Whisper Mountain Outbreak can join a friend’s lobby and experience the game in full co-op mode. They can also try out a limited version of the solo demo offline. This feature is designed to make multiplayer more accessible and encourage players to experience the game’s cooperative elements.

Established in 2009, Toge Productions is an Indonesian game developer and publisher based in Tangerang. Other titles released by the publisher in cooperation with other Indonesian developers include A Space For The Unbound (Mojiken Studio), My Lovely Wife (GameChanger Studio), Rising Hell (Tahoe Production), and point-and-click puzzle Adventure When The Past Was Around (Mojiken Studio).
