Indonesian indie game developer Fajrul FN, under the banner of Eksil Team, has released a new trailer for his gritty beat ’em up game Acts of Blood. The trailer premiered during a special live stream on The Lazy Monday YouTube channel, which was hosted to celebrate Indonesian Video Game Day.

Set to be released in the Summer of 2026, Acts of Blood is set in the dystopian Bandung, West Java. The players will take on the role of Hendra, a college law student who finds no justice in a corrupt legal system. His family is murdered, and the killers are able to avoid punishment thanks to a certain powerful person. With no other options left, Hendra decides to take matters into his own hands.

    Dynamic Brutal Combat ensures intense, visceral fights with fluid chains of bone-crushing attacks, blocks, and counters. Realistic enemy reactions and gruesome finishers keep combat brutally engaging, adapting to fast-paced, blood-soaked scenarios.

    Destructible Environmental Elements add realism and strategy to combat. Players can shatter furniture, and use props as weapons, making fights unpredictably chaotic and allowing for creative, ruthless tactical approaches.

    Traditional Parkour mechanics provide fluid movement and dynamic, escapes. Players can run, jump, and climb through levels, seamlessly integrating agility into combat for strategic positioning and surprise attacks.
  • Outfit Customization
    Personalize Hendra’s look with a selection of outfits available in his apartment wardrobe. Unlock new styles and switch up his appearance to match your vibe or mission needs, adding an extra layer of immersion to each stage of the game.

For Acts of Blood, Fajrul developed the game with the support of nine collaborators under Eksil Team. The developer first released the demo in November 2024 on Steam. The game later got recognition after Geoff Keighley from The Game Awards mentioned the game during the 2025 Steam Summer Game Fest.
