On Tuesday (20/10), Indonesian publisher Elex Media Komputindo has announced the plan to release The Daily Lives of High School Boys manga in Indonesia. On their official social media account, the editors of Elex Media stated that the manga will be released on 4 November 2020. The picture of the cover shows that the manga will retail at IDR 28,000 (about US$ 2).

Daily Lives of High School Boys (Japanese title: Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yasunobu Yamauchi. The story revolves around the daily lives of Tadakuni, Hidenori Tabata and Yoshitake Tanaka, and other students of Sanada North Boys High school. The manga was first serialized in Square Enix’s Gangan Online Magazine before published in 7 volume tankoubon version.
The series has been adapted into a TV anime in October 2011. It was produced by Sunrise and directed by one of Gintama‘s directors, Shinji Takamatsu. The manga has also been adapted into a live-action in 2013, starring Masaki Suda as Tadakuni, Shuhei Nomura as Yoshitake, and Ryo Yoshizawa as Hidenori.
Elex Media Komputindo is a comics publisher under the Kompas-Gramedia Group. The publisher releases licensed foreign comics, including manga, and also Indonesian comics. Since 2005, Elex Media also published comics that intended for adult audiences under the new imprint called Level Comics.
