On Wednesday (10/12), the X (formerly Twitter) account of Elex Media’s comic editor posted a list of their best-selling comic books in November 2025. Sakamoto Days volume 18 took first place, followed by Hanako Si Arwah Penasaran volume 23 and Choujin X volume 1 in second and third place, respectively.

Sakamoto Days tells the story of Taro Sakamoto, a former assassin who has retired from the killing business to marry his loved one. Once a feared assassin, Sakamoto has become a chubby neighbourhood dad who runs a convenience store. However, danger once again lurks around his neighbourhood, and Sakamoto promises to protect his family. But can he do that with his overweight body?
Sakamoto Days began its serialisation in
Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump on 21 September 2020. The manga was nominated at the
2021 Next Manga Awards for the Best Print Manga category and the
68th Shogakukan Manga Award for the shounen category. In Indonesia, the manga is also available digitally on Shueisha’s digital manga platform
Manga Plus.

Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun has been serialised in
Square Enix’s GFantasy magazine since June 2014. The series has reached 9 volumes and is still ongoing. The series is also available digitally in English via Yen Press with the official title
Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun.
The manga tells about the number seven mystery in the Seven Mysteries of Kamome Academy, Hanako. Hanako is a ghost who lives in the third toilet on the third floor of the old school building and is rumoured to grant wishes. The story revolves around Nene Yashiro, who always gets involved in supernatural matters at her school.
Written and illustrated by Tokyo Ghoul creator Sui Ishida, the story of Choujin X follows Azuma Higashi and Tokio Kurohara, who are childhood friends but have opposite personalities. The two live in Yamato Prefecture, an incredibly ordinary district with some areas destroyed by Choujin. Whilst on their way back home, Tokio and Azuma encounter a Choujin, who threatens to kill them. Having no chance of escape, Tokio and Azuma make a crucial decision: to become Choujin.
Choujin X has been serialised on
Shueisha‘s
Tonari no Young Jump website since May 2021. It was also published in
Weekly Young Jump from October 2021 to February 2022, though the serialisation in this magazine is discontinued. In Indonesia, this series is published both in
tankoubon format by Elex Media Komputindo, and in digital format on
Manga Plus website.
