Indonesian studio Arsanesia has announced Smith’s Chronicles, a life simulation game that blends blacksmithing, crafting, and workshop-building. The game is now available to wishlist on Steam.

Players take on the role of a young blacksmith returning to their hometown of Grandall, a once-thriving village now fallen into decline. By forging tools, fulfilling requests, and finding materials, players will work to restore the forgotten village into a lively hub once more.

Beyond weapons and equipment, crafted items can be sold directly in the player’s shop, with quality materials influencing both value and customer satisfaction. The game also allows for workshop and home customisation, creating a more personal touch.

Alongside blacksmithing, players can cook more than 30 dishes to boost stamina or gain special bonuses when gathering resources. Character customisation adds further variety, ensuring each journey feels distinct.

Arsanesia is an Indonesian game studio based in Bandung, West Java. They are known for developing various games, including Project UnseekSi Juki: Warteg Gaya Baru, which is based on the Si Juki character by Faza Meonk, and Summer Town. Other than Smith’s Chronicles, currently Arsanesia are also developing Garden of Wandering Souls.
