Indonesian animator Anak Agung Gde Bagus Adhistya Sedana, better known as Adhis, has released the trailer for his latest short anime project, Ikan Mas Tur Dedari. Released under Puy Production, the trailer has been made available across various social media platforms.

The story of Ikan Mas Tur Dedari follows Saras, a young girl searching for the truth behind her mother’s disappearance. Accompanied by a magical goldfish, Saras embarks on a journey that unravels a hidden secret, infused with rich elements of Balinese culture.

The 15-minute short anime was originally created as Adhis’s final project at MMTC Yogyakarta, with the full version screened in a limited showing at the campus on 16 September 2025.

The project took nearly 13 months to complete, with Adhis taking on multiple roles, including director, animator, scriptwriter, and editor. He also received support from friends and his younger sibling, who contributed to the voice acting.

Prior to Ikan Mas Tur Dedari, Adhis and Puy Production created 3 Biji Matahari, a four-minute anime short. The story centres on Caca, a young girl who receives three hamsters as a birthday gift, only to face the grief of losing two of them and gradually becoming detached from the last.

Puy Production itself has several other projects in the works. According to their official Instagram account, upcoming titles include Tilt by Putri Maulidina, scheduled for release in September 2025, and The Legend of Mahakam’s Dragon by Chintya Kh.
