Hololive Production’s official shop has announced a major revision to its international shipping policy, replacing the previous fluctuating system with fixed-rate shipping fees based on region.
The updated policy, published on the official website, aims to provide clearer cost estimates and a smoother shopping experience by eliminating unpredictable variations in shipping charges.
The new rates will take effect on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at 2200 West Indonesian Time (GMT+7). Orders completed before this date and time will still use the previous shipping scheme.
Under the revised system, shipping from the hololive Shop will be charged at a flat rate per transaction, regardless of item quantity or total weight, except for items that are exceptionally large or heavy.

According to hololive, the fixed-rate model is designed to give fans clearer upfront costs and the flexibility to purchase more items in a single checkout without worrying about increased shipping fees. The fixed rate is the final charge applied to each transaction on the hololive Shop.
