The upcoming anime adaptation of Gnosia has released a new video trailer and key visual. Interestingly from the trailer, Indonesian Virtual YouTuber Kobo Kanaeru is credited as one of the singers of the anime’s opening.
The series is scheduled to premiere on 11 October 2025 on TOKYO MX and other broadcasters. Based on a video game with the same name, the original Gnosia game is a single-player sci-fi social deduction RPG inspired by mafia or werewolf. It tells the story of 15 people who are trapped in a spaceship and have to deduce which one of them is infected with Gnosia, a “virus” that can cause humans to kill others.
The opening theme, Bakeno Kawa, will be performed by MAISONdes in collaboration with Kobo Kanaeru, virtual singer Kasane Teto, Giga, and TeddyLoid. The ending theme, Loo% Who%, will be performed by Ling Tosite Sigure.

On the anime’s website, Kobo expressed her happiness for this collaboration. She feels honoured because this will be her first time performing an anime opening theme. Giga and TeddyLoid also mentioned that the collaboration allowed them to explore new creative challenges, and praised the combination of performances and lyrics that they felt reflected the series’ mysterious atmosphere.
